1. INTRODUCTION

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the rules and standards that apply when using FreeGo POS, FreeGo QR Ordering, FreeGo AI Services, websites, mobile applications, APIs, cloud services, and any related products or services ("Services").

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. LAWFUL USE

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

You must not use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for:

Keeping your account credentials secure

Protecting your passwords

Limiting access to authorized staff

Immediately notifying FreeGo of any unauthorized access

FreeGo is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised account credentials caused by the Merchant.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must not:

Use the Services for illegal activities

Commit fraud or deceptive practices

Upload malicious software or viruses

Attempt unauthorized access to FreeGo systems

Interfere with system performance

Disrupt services for other users

Circumvent system security

Use automated tools to abuse the Services

Misrepresent your identity

Impersonate another business or individual

5. SOFTWARE MISUSE

You may not:

Reverse engineer the software

Decompile the software

Modify system files

Remove copyright notices

Attempt to discover source code

Create derivative works without permission

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

6. UNAUTHORIZED COPYING

You may not:

Copy the software

Duplicate system components

Resell software licenses

Rent or lease the software

Distribute unauthorized copies

Share activation credentials

without written authorization from FreeGo.

7. API USAGE

Where APIs are provided, you agree not to:

Abuse API requests

Exceed published usage limits

Circumvent authentication

Collect excessive data

Use APIs for unlawful purposes

FreeGo may suspend API access if abnormal usage is detected.

8. DATA SCRAPING

You must not:

Scrape merchant information

Scrape customer information

Collect menu data without permission

Perform automated extraction of system content

Build competing databases using FreeGo Services

9. SYSTEM TESTING

Unless expressly authorized by FreeGo, you must not:

Conduct penetration testing

Perform vulnerability scanning

Stress test the platform

Attempt denial-of-service attacks

Test security weaknesses

If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to FreeGo.

10. AI SERVICES

When using AI features, you agree not to:

Upload illegal content

Generate fraudulent information

Use AI for harassment or abuse

Mislead customers using AI-generated content

Attempt to manipulate AI systems in ways that may harm FreeGo or other users

Merchants remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before use.

11. QR ORDERING

Merchants must not use QR Ordering to:

Process fake orders

Generate artificial transactions

Manipulate reporting data

Abuse promotional campaigns

Circumvent service fees

12. PAYMENT SERVICES

Where payment integrations are available, you agree not to:

Process fraudulent transactions

Launder money

Circumvent payment rules

Abuse chargeback procedures

Third-party payment providers may impose additional requirements.

13. CUSTOMER DATA

You agree to collect and use customer information only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You must not:

Sell customer personal data without consent

Share customer information unlawfully

Use customer information for spam or unauthorized marketing

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You must respect FreeGo's intellectual property rights.

You may not use FreeGo trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, software, or documentation in a manner that suggests endorsement or ownership without written permission.

15. FAIR USAGE

Where certain Services are described as "Unlimited" or "Unlimited Usage", such usage remains subject to reasonable and fair use.

FreeGo may investigate abnormal usage that negatively affects platform stability or other users.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

You must comply with the terms of third-party services integrated with FreeGo, including payment providers, cloud hosting providers, messaging services, and government platforms.

17. REPORTING ABUSE

If you believe someone is misusing FreeGo Services, you may report the matter by contacting:

18. ENFORCEMENT

If this Policy is violated, FreeGo may take one or more of the following actions:

Issue a warning

Suspend specific features

Restrict account access

Suspend the account

Permanently terminate the account

Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities

Pursue legal action where appropriate

19. POLICY CHANGES

FreeGo may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the official FreeGo website or other official communication channels.

Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
