What hardware is required to run FreeGo POS?

FreeGo POS runs on standard Android, iOS, Windows computers, or tablets, and supports compatible receipt and kitchen printers.
Most restaurants typically need only: 1 tablet at the counter + 1 receipt printer + 1–2 kitchen printers to operate.

Before you subscribe, our team will help review your current device setup and confirm compatibility so you can use the system with confidence.

Is FreeGo POS suitable for multiple branches or a chain?

Yes. You can start with a single store and later upgrade to plans that support multiple outlets or branches.
With the central management dashboard, you can manage menus, prices and promotions across branches and view consolidated sales and inventory reports.

What happens if my network goes down?

FreeGo POS currently cannot operate offline; if the network is interrupted, staff will not be able to continue taking orders.
The system will be available again once the network is restored.

Can I migrate from my existing POS system to FreeGo?

In most cases we can assist in importing your menu and product data from Excel files or exports from your current system. We also provide team training so you can complete the switch during a non-peak shift.

Are there contracts or installation/setup fees?

Our standard plans do not require long-term contracts and have no mandatory installation/setup fees. You only pay a fixed monthly subscription and can cancel anytime.
For large enterprise deployments, implementation/import services may be included.
